Your timeline has three parts: the proof, production and delivery. Delivery is free and tracked, and we deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

Good to know
- Delivery is free on every order to a UK mainland address.
- Every parcel is tracked from dispatch.
- The production clock starts when you approve the proof.
- Working days run Monday to Friday and leave out bank holidays.
- We do not deliver to addresses off the UK mainland.
- Give your deadline with your quote request so the dates can be checked.

Is delivery free on small orders?
Yes. Free tracked delivery applies to every order going to a UK mainland address, whatever the quantity.
Do you deliver to UK islands?
No. We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. If your address is off the mainland, tell us before you order.
How do I work out when my boxes will arrive?
Add production to delivery, counting from the day you approve the proof. For folding card that is roughly 6–9 working days, and for rigid styles roughly 10–13 working days.
Can I track my gift box delivery?
Yes. Every delivery is tracked, and the team can check where your parcel is if you call or email.
Do bank holidays change the delivery date?
Yes. Working days leave out weekends and bank holidays, so a bank holiday in the middle of your order adds a day.
Can you hurry an order for an urgent date?
Tell us the date when you ask for a quote, and the quote will say whether the timeline fits. Approving the proof quickly is the surest way to save time.
Can boxes go to a business address?
Yes. We deliver to homes, offices, shops and studios, as long as the address is on the UK mainland.
Why do rigid boxes take longer to make?
A rigid box is built from greyboard and then wrapped in printed paper, which adds steps a folding box does not need. That is why rigid styles need 8–10 working days.
What happens if my delivery is late?
Call or email with your order reference. The team checks the tracking and tells you where the parcel is.
Does the delivery estimate include the proof stage?
No. The 2–3 working days count from dispatch. The proof comes first, and how fast it moves depends on how quickly you reply.
