Questions
Still unsure? Ask us on WhatsApp or call +44 7578 382054.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm UK time. Messages that arrive outside those hours are picked up on the next working day.
What is the quickest way to reach the team?
Call or WhatsApp +44 7578 382054 during opening hours. If you are sending artwork, use email or the quote form so the files stay with your enquiry.
Can I send artwork over WhatsApp?
Yes, for small images and quick questions. Larger files, such as print-ready PDFs, are better sent to info@thegiftboxes.co.uk.
What should I put in my first message?
Tell us the box style, the inside size in millimetres, the quantity, any finishes and the date you need the boxes by. A photo of the product helps too.
Where is The Gift Boxes office?
Office 704, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom. It is an office rather than a shop, so please arrange any visit by phone or email first.
How soon will I hear back about a quote request?
Quote requests get a quote within one working day. General questions are answered during opening hours, in the order they arrive.
Can I talk to a designer about my artwork?
Yes. Mention it when you call or email, and your questions go to the designer preparing your proof.
Do you reply to messages at weekends?
The team works Monday to Friday. Anything sent on a Saturday or Sunday is answered on Monday.
Which email address should I use for an existing order?
Use info@thegiftboxes.co.uk for quotes, artwork, proofs and orders alike. Put your quote or order reference in the subject line so it reaches the right person quickly.
Can I change my request after I have sent it?
Yes. Changes are simplest before you approve the proof. Email the team with your reference and the new details, and the quote or proof is updated.
