Who we are
The Gift Boxes is a small team of designers, print staff and order handlers. We make one thing: printed gift boxes built to a customer's own size.
We do not sell boxes off a shelf. Each job starts with your product, your artwork and the date you need the boxes, and the box is planned around those three things.
You talk to real people at every stage, by phone, email or WhatsApp. If something on your brief is unclear, we ask rather than guess.

How a job runs from first message to delivery
Most jobs follow the same five stages. You can see where your order is at any point by asking us.
- You send the inside size, quantity, style and artwork, or as much as you have.
- Within one working day, a quote lands in your inbox.
- Our designers place your artwork on the box layout and send a free proof.
- Once you approve, folding card boxes are made in 4–6 working days and rigid boxes in 8–10.
- Your boxes travel by free tracked delivery and arrive within 2–3 working days.

Why we deliver to the UK mainland only
We keep our delivery promise simple: free and tracked, to UK mainland addresses, in 2–3 working days. Keeping to one area means we can give you a date and stick to it.
If something arrives misprinted or damaged, tell us within 10 days with photos. We reprint the boxes or refund you, and our reprints and refunds policy explains each step.

Who will I deal with when I place an order?
A member of our order team handles your quote, and one of our designers prepares your proof. You can reach both by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Do you design the boxes in-house?
Yes. Our own designers place your artwork on the box layout and make every edit you ask for before you approve.
Do you only make gift boxes?
Gift boxes are all we make, in rigid, folding card, kraft and corrugated board. That focus is why every box is built to a size rather than picked from a shelf.
Can a first-time buyer with no packaging experience order from you?
Yes. Tell us what goes in the box and when you need it, and we will suggest a style, board and size.
Do you work with large companies as well as small brands?
Yes. We quote each job on its own, whether it is a short run for a market stall or a company-wide gift.
What kind of businesses order from The Gift Boxes?

Can I order from you as a private customer for a wedding?
Yes. Couples order favour boxes and keepsake boxes from us, and the process is the same as for a business.
Do you keep my artwork on file for a reorder?
Tell us when you reorder and quote the original job. We can use the approved proof as the starting point for the new one.
